Marchesa Don't Do 'Dresses' They Do 'Gowns' Daarhling. New York Fashion Week.

I really love the cut, the colour is so vibrant too, this collection  doesn't shy  away from extragance, The word 'regal'  springs to mind. And I don't mean the modern LK Bennet nude heeled regal, but the powerful vengeful lusty regal of a time past

Slightly excessive netting, and the balloon sleeves are maybe unnecessary, but I'm not complaining, still absolutely gorgeous

Hey, can someone invite me to a ball at some point, I need some glamour in my life.  I want to go back to my high school prom and wear this. Well I would if I could ever dream of having enough free money to buy this.

The fishtail has been put in an odd place, so has the bust. But I really enjoy the Indian Princess vibe here, and the beading is lovely

This really stands out, very regal. Mostly because purple is a regal colour, but the cut of the dress is tudor esque too

Pencil Skirts and Cape, never of thought it  but it really really works. it's all silvery like a seal! I love the fact that all the looks are so coordinated

This is Beautiful.  Although I don't think the cut would flatter anyone who wasn't leggy. The Shoes are brilliant.

I know it's not a bridal dress in particular, but if I ever get married, this is 'the one'. And by that I don't mean husband, I mean dress. Or maybe I just get married to wear this dress.

I'm loving these bell sleeves. Not too sure about the contrasting collar, I think it's had it's day,  though it does add character. Plus I think I could make something similar at home, if I'm motivated.

Slightly more 'Classic', at least the structure is. Very Queenly. I want  Kate Middleton to wear something like this. If your royalty, dress like one Goddamnit. She's so very dull.

I'm Sad because I know I will never have  a reason to wear something like this, nor will I ever own  something. I've decided I'm going to make my own clothes from now on. It's the only way to look fabulous

This is my absolute favorite, the waterfalls , beading/embroidery, whoever was the mastermind  of this piece of art I  BOW DOWN TO YOU
This reminds me of an Emperors daughter in the Asian mountains or something similar, a far away exotic princess.
